As many of you are already aware, effective April 10, 2014, Pennsylvania's new EMS Regulations require that all individuals who drive a ground emergency vehicle (covered under those regulations) to be credentialed as an "EMS Vehicle Operator (EMSVO)." These regulations do not change the manner in which providers will complete emergency vehicle driver training, however, they do require post-class action from a driver before he/she can operate an emergency vehicle in an official capacity.
