Please provide accurate and thorough information to facilitate and expedite this process (i.e. name of student who actually attended the course, month and year class was taken, type of class completed). Refunds will not be issued upon discovering that a student did not attend, complete, or successfully pass a course for any reason. Replacement certificates will only be issued for classes completed within the current or previous four (4) calendar years. You are paying for one of our employees to spend the time to search through thousands of files, if we cannot find your record of attending a class because you provide inaccurate information, NO REFUND will be issued.
